Turkey….er..VEGGIE DAY!

Ok ladies and gents! 

I have been looking at vegetarian options (that are still somewhat healthy) for Thanksgiving.  We will  be out of town visiting my in-laws and I am going to bring a few things to share.

Here is what I am looking at:

Butternut Squash & Quinoa Stew (minus chicken)

Pumpkin & Goat Cheese Pies

Baked Zucchini Sticks

Walnut Apple Stuffing


Tomorrow I will update you on my results and workouts for the week :)  Maybe even a little holiday spirit will sneak in there, too!
