Well as I mentioned before, my challenge group is starting soon; we start July 8th to be exact. I am anxiously awaiting! I still have to figure out my goals and what my workouts will look like. Do I want to start light then jump into Focus T25 or just keep things mellow this challenge until I get my body used to tough workouts again? Hmmm…
For now, I am
doing squeezing in lighter TurboFire workouts while Quinn is sleeping…no matter how late it is.
This week I have been focusing on getting back into a good diet. I ate pretty healthy while pregnant, but was definitely more relaxed than I normally would be. I also wasn’t able to drink Shakeology daily. Going forward, I will be having my shake every day for lunch. I will be trying the new vanilla flavor and updating you on how tasty it is. This week I enjoyed tropical strawberry…Mmm!
So here are some recent eats. I still need to clean things up, but it’s a start! (I also made a great Black Bean Quinoa Burger but my pictures won’t work. Boo… )
And lastly, a splurge: grande nonfat hazelnut latte. It was all Quinn’s idea!
