A day full of T’s

First off, I want to thank you for taking the time to read my crazy blog every day!  My last post was number Three Hundred!  Just to celebrate I did Three Hundred squats; 200 regular + 100 sumo!

I completed Three workouts yesterday!  Ouch!  I started the morning with chest and back after slurping down my Shakeology.  Rob and I were in and out of the gym by 10:30.  That’s a feat in and of itself!

Mid-day I completed my 300 squats and in the evening I tried my first ever TRX class!

I will do an entire post about TRX because it’s that good.  I am actually going again tonight then probably coming home to do Focus T25.  I’m going to wait and see how I feel after class because I am oh-so-sore from yesterday!

Dinner last night was super yummy so I just have to share…I made Chicken Chickpea Chopped Salad.  I omitted the BBQ dressing and went with lemon juice.  It was superb!

On the side I made roasted buffalo cauliflower since I had a hankering for it.  Oven at 350, drizzle cauli with Frank’s Red Hot and bake about 15 mins.

Well, I am keeping it short and sweet today!  I need some more Q time!
