Welcome to Sunday Funday!
I already have groceries and vacuuming done! I have been on the ball today so I can now relax and take Quinn to visit Grandma and Grandpa Tyburski. Like I mentioned the other day, I will be posting my full menu for the week!
I used to plan what dinner would be for each day based on what we had planned. That went out the window when Q arrived; I can’t plan on making certain recipes on a particular night simply because I don’t know how much attention she will require. I typically just pick dinner recipes and then decide that evening what I feel like making. So here is the menu breakdown.
- almonds and veggies/fruit
- kale chips
- salt and vinegar chickpeas
- whole grain bread with avocado, tomato and cuke
- Shakeology (depending on breakfast)
- Summer Bruschetta with Grilled Chicken
- Grilled Chicken Balsamic Salad (recipe to come)
- Roasted Red Pepper and Zucchini Pasta
- Quinoa Chili
- Flatbread pizza (recipe to come)
- Pumpkin Cupcakes
- glass of wine
Let me just say, I haven’t been able to get a workout in everyday but I have been eating healthy for the most part. It’s paying off! I put on a pair of jeans today that I have NEVER worn! Long story, but I exchanged jeans at AE and realized after ripping the tags off that although they were the same size, this pair was smaller and I couldn’t manage to squeeze in. Then I was pregnant and there was no chance I was wearing them. NOW I AM!!!!
