Beach Bum Battle

Guess what day it is…guess what day it is.

In honor of hump day, let’s highlight some people who are busting their humps!  Remember me telling you that my Beach Bum Battle challenge group has ended?  Well the results are in:  The group lost 20 pounds and 30 inches!

20 pounds 30 inches

Robert is one of my participants who won $100!  I was so happy with his results and wanted to feature him since he stayed so focused.

What made you finally decide it was time to try a challenge?

Rob: I was tired with the way I looked and how quickly I got tired. Watching videos of myself playing with our daughter was a smack in the face. I had posted a picture of Kylie’s 2nd Christmas that was my motivator throughout this entire challenge. It reminded me of where I was.

What are you most proud of?  What is one thing you are able to do now that you struggled with prior to the challenge? (Doesn’t have to just be fitness related)

Rob: I’m most proud of my stamina and endurance. One thing I’ve battled for a long time was the ability to run nonstop for any amount of time.  Just two weeks in and I could already feel a difference. It’s nice to be quick!

What was the most difficult part of the challenge for you?

Rob: The single most difficult part of the challenge was during the time Braylon was born. I struggled BIG TIME with eating right and working out. But my awesome coach, Kayla, and the wonderful group of ladies (along with a couple dudes) kept my head up. I love you guys for that.

What did you learn?

Rob: Throughout the challenge I learned that a strong support system is the strongest muscle you should possess. #thinkaboutit

Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently?

Rob: Looking back the only thing I would have changed is my motivation to those that fell off the wagon. I met, and helped motivate, a lot of amazing people. But the ones I didn’t meet is what bothers me. If they seen the results I had in only 45 days just imagine the results they could have posted, too.

Final Thoughts?

Rob: By the way, you all are amazing, wonderful people. I wish you all the best and hope that you continue the path to living healthy. Without each one of you, I know I wouldn’t be on that path right now.

I have to say I am so lucky to be his coach and witness his transformation.  Just look at this guy!

45 day fitness challenge

He motivates me as much as I motivate him!  I also have my results to share but I will be back tomorrow with pictures and measurements.

Have a great hump day!

**My next challenge “Sweatember” starts September 16th and is currently full.  If you would like to be put on the list for my Nov 4th Challenge “Fall Into Fitness” please leave a comment or email me at**
