My Weekly Menu

As promised, although I know about 2% of you will read this today since there are some awesome college football games on!

Breakfast

  • oatmeal
  • veggie omelette with whole grain toast

Snacks

  • salt and vinegar chickpeas (didn’t get to them last week)
  • Larabar

Lunch

  • Shakeology

Dinner

Splurge

  • Coconut oat muffins
  • glass of wine

So there you have it!  I am keeping is short and sweet!  Lots to get done today!

Tomorrow, I will be back with a pumpkin round-up!  I LOVE pumpkin and fall is just around the corner.  It’s never too early!
