I really don’t know where the weeks are going right now besides changing diapers, driving all over town, making baby food, cleaning and working out. Do I sit down? No. Except to blog. Which you can see is never lately.
We watch a lot of football in this house. And when I say a lot, I mean A LOT! (It’s gotten to the point that we call Colin Cowherd, Uncle Colin since Quinn is probably confused as to why she sees him more than some family.) Unfortunately, watching football usually means consuming countless calories on snacks and drinks. I decided to create two workouts to keep myself on track rather than always eating and drinking.
