Well the official countdown has started for our cruise! 18 days!!!!
We will be sailing on Mar 15 to Roatan Bay Islands, Cozumel, Costa Maya and Belize. Sun me, NOW!
That means bikini season is right around the corner for us! Seriously, how adorbs is this bikini for Quinn?! Resist…resist…resist…
I decided I would start a bikini blast board on Pinterest and meal plan so I can be on track for the days leading up to my vaca. I plan on going grain free. I feel like complete crap-o-la since I have added grains back in; tired, stomach pain, headaches, etc. NO BUENO!
Snack: 1 serving fruit + hummus + veggie
Dinner: These are all pinned to Bikini Blast, but I will be tweaking! Stay tuned for recipe updates next week.
- Balsamic chicken Salad
- Lettuce wraps
- Jack Cheese crust chicken sandwich
- Avocado boat
- Chicken Teryaki Bowl
In addition, I have a goal to drink 65 ounces of water each day because that is half of my weight. I will also be adding in the Bombshell Spell in place of one cup of coffee. My usual started cup will have coconut oil and coconut sugar in place of any creamer. Also, no alcohol!
My workout will continue to be P90X2 since I am loving the gains I have made with muscle definition, power, range of motion and balance.
There is no way I will be hungry with this plan! I will update you with progress pictures right before I leave for vacation.
