Traveling Fitness Circuit {Guest Post}

My name is Lauren and I blog over at Focused To Be Fit where I write about finding the balance between getting fit while still having fun! I’m so excited to be blogging for Kayla today while she is enjoying a much deserved vacation with Rob!

Kayla knows I love to create new and exciting circuit workouts (like here and here), so today, she has asked me to create one for you all that you can use anywhere – no weights or equipment required.

Once in a while, we get stuck in the circumstance of not having a place or the equipment for our usual workout, but that’s no excuse to skip. The circuit I created for you today is perfect for travel, a snow day when you’re stuck inside (we had so many of these this winter), a holiday when your gym is closed, or just a fun way to change things up. So, throw on your tennis shoes and lets get to work!

Complete the eight exercises in the circuit, for one minute each, with a twenty second rest in between, for a total of 3 sets.
