Eats & Feats: 21 Day Fix

I’m going to be really honest.

I HATE editing pictures of food and typing up recipes.  They are very time consuming, but I know you love them and that’s the only reason I do it.

So let’s just get to it and chat about my 21 Day Fix journey.

I love the program and I think it’s super practical for a person who is just starting out, or someone who doesn’t have a lot of time.  The workouts are fun (love Autumn!) and effective.  There have actually been moments that I need to take a quick break even though they are about 30 minutes.  Week 3, the workouts can double if you choose for an extra burn which I plan on incorporating this week.  I’m not sick of the workouts at all!  Like I said, I love Autumn.

The meal plan took me about a week to get used to.  I realized that my biggest problem was to find a plan that works for Quinn and Rob.  This momma is not cooking separate food!  I also learned that I can eat and eat and eat… WOW!  So much food!  I can bet that most people who follow the container portions realize that they have been under consuming calories.

So here is just a snippet of what week 1 looked like for me!

I planned out my first week, but week 2 was a little spur of the moment.  Our normal schedule was a little different and we were entertaining my mom plus a few birthday meals happened!  Needless to say, I still was aware of what I was eating and my portions so although it wasn’t flawless, it wasn’t a bust.

This week is week 3 for me and I have it all planned out again just for peace of mind because I enjoy doing it.  I love that all week, I don’t have to plan anything!  It’s all written down and I know exactly what to expect.
