I use my Polar FT4 almost daily and I love that little son of a gun. It does everything I need it to, but why not take a crack at winning the fancier heart rate monitor? You just have to squat everyday with Fitfluential. Use #FFsquat and shape that tush!
To get you started, I created a Lower & Booty circuit yesterday and cranked it out at the gym. It was not easy! I did the first round light with high reps and the second round was high weight and low reps. My legs were jello and I know I need to foam roll today.
