This popcorn I conjured up during my nap the other day will wow you!
I was taking a power nap (because I am a mom) and I started dreaming about blogging. I have some other awesome ideas, but this kettle corn was one of them. Earlier that day, I had seen a post from another blogger who used Tahini, coconut sugar and salt as their ingredients. (I can’t remember what blog it was, so if it was YOU, leave me a note and I will link!) While I love tahini, I am hesitant at times to try risky things like this. So in my dream, I swapped out the Tahini for my miracle oil.
And this gem was born. (Cue rays of sunshine and sweet symphonies of baby giggles.)
I started heating the oil and added three kernels, then waited for that first pop.
Then it got to poppin’! When it was done, I sprinkled on the sea salt and voila!
I just figured you might want this for a healthier family snack when you get those munchies late at night. Maybe you want to store it in an airtight container and use it for snacks during the week.
