I have grown to really love Tempeh and it gives me another option for protein since I don’t even want to think about seafood. There are a million recipes out there for how to make it, but I thought a roundup of how to make an entire meal using Tempeh would be great since I am on the prowl myself!
My go-to recipe is to sprinkle my ranch seasoning (FREE OF MSG and other fillers) then cook it in coconut oil on the stove. I finish with a drizzle of Frank’s Red Hot, of course.
Shannon who blogs @The Glowing Fridge has an awesome Tempeh Taco Boat option. I would just make avocado cream sauce or use Greek yogurt for the dressing, but you can decide what is best for you! Recipe here.
