On The Dot

People are always asking me how I manage to get it all done.

Yes.  I stay home with Quinn, but that doesn’t mean I have all this time leftover to have fun or relax.  NOTHING about my day is fabulous unless you consider drinking coffee cold and showering well after noon in that category of “things I’m stoked for when I become a stay-at-home-mom.”

I’m guessing probably not.

But it’s motherhood and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.  Even though I stay home, I never have a normal routine.  In fact, the only thing normal about my day is the plan to pitch my game plan.  I just do the best with what I am given each day and try to go to bed with satisfaction.

Since some of you wanted to see what a “normal” day looks like for me, here goes.  I tried to snap pics every hour, but even then, you don’t see all the in between spills I clean up, projects I tackle, blog work I do, family time I partake in, errands I run, or bites I shovel in my mouth.

Between family time, blogging, being a Beachbody Coach & Jamberry Consultant, tutoring a boy with special needs, fixing up our home, taking care of myself, and the joys of being a SAHM, I have a lot on my plate, and I kinda like it that way; I get bored easily and naturally love a challenge.  And I think I do a pretty damn good job of keeping this family and home functioning somewhat smoothly.

Stay tuned for my tips to organize your hectic (hey, it’s normal!) life.

If you had an extra hour today, how would you have spent it?

Do you work or stay home?

If you had the extra money, what would you hire someone to do for you to relieve some of the workload?
