Omega 3 For Prevention

I will preach that you should be eating a clean and varied diet until I am blue in the face because I don’t feel that any supplement or pill is magic and can entirely replace a REAL diet.  However, using supplements for their intended purposes (as a supplement, duh) is always a good idea.  Especially with our food supply and nutritional standards these days.. because let’s face it, they suck.
