I’m so excited to share this 8 page Guide to Flexible Dieting with you today!
I created this free resource because I get an overwhelming number of questions surrounding flexible dieting; this is a relatively new way to eat for your goals and most people are unaware of this method.
If you follow me, you have probably noticed that my food went from blah to TADAA!
I switched from following a very rigid “bro” diet while competing to a now enjoyable style of eating called If It Fits Your Macros or “Flexible Dieting.”
This is backed by science and it’s a friggin’ God send.
I could go on and on here (and maybe I will in other posts) because I think it’s very important for you to know this stuff. Flexible Dieting has allowed me to live a normal life, without guilt about “bad” foods, and still see the physical results I want.
I’ve talked a lot about the mental healing that I have had to do to allow myself to even enjoy a treat or something as simple as a piece of fruit. I’m not kidding. “Bananas have so much sugar….” I’m sure you avoid bananas like I did, right?
Well, bananas are not the problem… you CAN actually have them. You can have wine, pizza, cheese, or anything else you have been told you must give up in order to reach your goals.
What do I mean by that?
Science is proving that what will be the most important in you obtaining the body of your dreams is focusing on:
- Calories In vs Calories Out
- Macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats)
- Micronutrients (vitamins, minerals)
So with Flexible Dieting, no food is off limits!
As long as you hit your numbers for the day, you can see results. And this isn’t hard to do. It’s actually super easy which is why so many people are switching to tracking macros vs focusing on calories or specific foods.
So I created this guide to get you started! My little gift to you! Click the image to get your copy!
If you find this to be SUPER helpful, will you share this blog post on social media!? I would really really appreciate that.
I am on a mission to help women learn how to find a way of eating that can actually fit into their REAL LIFE. I want to end yo-yo dieting, guilt after fun foods, strict plans, binging, black and white thinking and any other negative relationship with food you can think of.
One last thing… If you aren’t already following me on Instagram, you need to! I will be posting more workouts which seems to be the highest saved posts right now. Peep this glute routine!
Okay so I’m out! I hope you find some value in this resource today and can start to find a LIFESTYLE with eating for your goals!
